NHK (Nihon Housou Kyokai - Public broadcast center in Japan) came for the big event "Shogi Day".

Mr.Yoshiharu HABU, Mr.Kouji TANIGAWA and many professional shogi (Japanese chess) players came to Tendo.

It is 2nd time to visit that event after 10 years as the 30 anniversary of Tendo City.

At the 1st period, many professional shogi (Japanese chess) players took part in the event "10 second shogi". At this game they have to decide next move in 10 seconds.

And the 2nd period, we had the event "Next move". At this game, 2 professional shogi players have a game and many guests think of next move.

They will broadcast on Nov. 23 on TV.

The local county museum in Tendo, they published a book "Cultural assets in Tendo". They remaked after 7 years.

They shows pictures of many tangibe and intangible cultural assets, maps of these location, etc.
