No.1 Meatball of Chicken
- Ingredient
- Ground poulry / proper quantity
usually 300g (it is good to use wild chicken)
- Ao Shiso (beefsteak plant) / 5 leaves
- Katakuriko (Japanese powdered starch made from a lily-like plant and used as food)
- seasoning / properquantity
Japanese sake, sesami oil, soy saurce and solt
- How to make
- Put ground poulry, ground Ao Shiso, Katakuriko and seasonings into a bowl and knead.
- Roast on a frying pan.
- Comment
It is also good if it is lightly seasoned.
No.2 Boiled egg with Japanese mentaiko
- Ingredient
Mentai / 1 peace
Mayonnaise / proper quantity
2 eggs
- How to make
- Make boiled eggs.
- Cut boiled eggs and move the yellow of eggs to a bowl.
- Mix them with mayonnaise and Japanese mentai.
- Put them into the white of eggs.
- Comment
It is beautiful to put a leaf of parsley on it.
