At first they had a plan to propose a reducing the landing fee, from 320,000,000 yen in a year to 1/3. However they stated definitely to make a half in the negotiation after all. Did that mean that presant conditions was very severe? That isn't assigned for the deficit solution. The advantage of this cut in price seems to reduce charge of 250 yen.
And they have another "Operation" that they increase more than 10,000 passangers in a year.
If about 10 passangers per 1 flight increase, it is possible to realize that plan and the income increases about 100,000,000 yen.
Reducing of landing fee(160,000,000 yen) + the income(100,000,000 yen) = the income of 260,000,000 yen. But they saythat it doesn't become the solution of the deficit...

A cause seems that recycled paper isn't getting into home though old paper such as corrugated cardboard and an old newspaper is taken out from home. Provision for it, Tendo City gathers a corrugated cardboard at the municipal office and provide a reward for the dealer who collects old paper. Is it the best, Tendo City? Circumference cities such as Yamagata City and Higashine City express participation by the form of "the cooperation to Tendo City", too. But "Yamagata Prefectural sport park" which become a reception facility isn't the facilities of Tendo City but the facilities of Yamagata Prefecture as the name. So, individual a Tendo City is absolutely unacceptable to receive.
However Yamagata prefectural goverment is very passive posture, "If there is an active request from the local autonomies , we assist them."
