Jan 31 (Sun.) More infomation about traffic (the highest 5.1C /the lowest -5.6C /weather - cloudy)

The Branch office of the Ministory of Construction, they show infomation about traffic jam at their bulletin board from January 22. There are many bulleting boards in mountain area, which is of the Ministory of Construction. And there are many bulleting boards in city area, which is of police office. In future the bulleting boards of police show infomation from the Ministory of Construction, show their infomation each other.

Jan 29 (Fri.) New design of Yamagata Shinkansen (the highest -1.1C /the lowest -3.4C /weather - cloudy)

This December, they will be open a new line of the bullet train "Yamagata Shinkansen". The railroad company "JR East" announced a new type Shinkansen.

A new train is same type of "Akita Shinkansen" and the color changes from metalic silver to 2 tone colors of gray silver and metalic silver. Moreover they print symbol marks meant Yamagata Prefecture. There is no case to print special marks of particular prefecture still now. They drive current type of train but they change new type in the near future. It is very pity.

Jan 28 (Thu.) How often use free bus ? (the highest 9.2C /the lowest -0.2C /weather - rain)

In Tendo city they drive free bus for old peole from last October to last December as a examination. They analyzed the data of users and found that there are big different rate of use in each area.

20 people in avarage used free buses at areas without public bus lines. But only 0.31 people in avarage used at areas with public bus lines. Tendo city office, they use this data to decide the routes of free bus.

Jan 27 (Wed.) Make fuel from plastic rubbish (the highest 9.6C /the lowest -1.0C /weather - cloudy)

The Company "Tendo Kankyo" will run a special reprocessing plant in February. It makes fuel from rubbish, plastic, paper, wood chip, etc.

Even in Japan, these days many people have a interest in dioxin. Dioxin is created not only the incinerator but also burning of plastic bottle in the field. Fermers cannot handle a plastic bottle of agricultural chemicals as normal rubbish, have to handle as the industrial waste. We have to pay some money to dump industrial waste. So some fermer dumps in field.

These plant may have a effect to decrease buring in the field, illegal dumping, many autonomies think.

Jan 26 (Tue.) Evoking "Kenjou Soba" (the highest 6.8C /the lowest 1.6C /weather - snow)

The restaurant cooperation in Tendo evoked "Kenjou Soba". "Kenjou" means gift for higher class people. In Edo era (17C-18C) all "han" (prefecture) gift to Shogun in capital Edo (Toyo). From Tendo, they gifted with Soba (Japanese noodle). It is very rare han in Japanese history.

This time they make a soba typed "Kanchu Hikinuki Soba". The cooperation promotes to announce Tendo city as the hometown of "Kenjou Soba".

Jan 25 (Mon.) Didn't stop soon airplane ? (the highest 6.3C /the lowest -2.9C /weather - cloudy)

The governor iof Yamagata Prefecture petition the airplane company ANA not to stop the airplane bound for Tokyo. The company ANA say they intend to make an effort not to stop soon the airplane bound for Tokyo because they have a long association with Yamagata prefecture.

The governor thinks that they will continue to fly in April and May if they fly in March... But they are just private enterprise. They cannot continue to fly in the future.
