We had a strong storm in north Japan, including Yamagata Prefecture. It stoped the Yamagata Shinkansen. In Tochigi Prefecture, plastic seats twined around the pantograph... In Fukushima Prefecture, pantagraphs broke... They say that it is very rare case that a pantograph breaks. Such as 10,200 passengers were stranded who attend a wedding party.
