Mar. 28 (Sun.) Want flight to Toyama (the highest 9.9C /the lowest -1.3C /weather - rain)

As for Yamagata airport, the flight between Tokyo and Yamagata faces the crisis of the abolition at present. If it is abolished, a demand for Yamagata airport disappears. Yamagata Prefecture planned to ply between Toyama and Yamagata as a use expansion of Yamagata airport. But it seems to ply only in summertime from the profit.

Yamagata Prefecture visits the company "Nakanihon Air Line" on March 29(Monday). Nakanihon Air Line fly local airports each other. If the flight between Toyama and Yamagata is realized, Yamagata airport will be active. At present, we have to go to Tokyo once, transfer in Tokyo and go to Kanazawa when we go there. If they fly to Toyama, it is very convenient for sighteers to Kanazawa.

The Yamagata Shinkanse increase during Japanese "Golden Week" this year, too. JR East, they run more 5 trains per a day. However, I want as many people as possible to use an airplane to prevent stopping the flight between Tokyo and Yamagata. At the Yamagata airport it is free to park cars, I really want the people who leave for the "Tokyo DisneyLand" to use an airplane.

Mar. 24 (Wed.) Little snow this year, too (the highest 14.6C /the lowest -4.1C /weather - fine)

Yamagata local wheather station said that there was still a little snow this winter as well. The snowfall of Yamagata City , with yamagata local weather station, it is 326cm in an average year, 276cm last year and 192cm this year. In Tendo City it snowed less than this record because Tendo City is the least snow in Yamagata prefecture.

But, area faced the Sea of Japan, Sakata City, there was more snow than an average year. Snow fall doesn't seem to decrease every year.

Following last day, it was snow today, too. Wind was crueler than snow today, and wind beyond 30m/s blew on the Sea of Japan side. This wind blown the plastic greenhouse, big disorder happened on the transportation.

Because night came and a road surface froze, the collision of 35 in total cars happened in Route 13 which connected Tendo City and Yamagata City. Moreover, a car outside the Yamagata prefecture skidded at the slope, and the traffic jam of 14Km happened in Yamagata highway.
